Our West Indian Whole Hot Peppers are a mix of the finest Scotch Bonnet Peppers. The Scotch Bonnet is one of the hottest chillies grown and is closely related to the equally fiery Jamaican Habanero Chilli. A colourful medley of red, yellow, orange and green, these small, irregular shape chillies can be eaten on their own or added as an accompaniement to spice up any meal. Try these peppers diced on salads for something really special. Beware though, our peppers are rated extra hot for good reason! Enjoy.
