Description
A delightful mix of herbs and exotic spices, blended with a special type of wheat flour. Used mainly as a base coating in the frying of chicken – try as a gravy ‘thickener’ – grava-licious! Directions: Wash chicken portions and dip into either whisked egg or milk (optional). Put some of the coating into a bowl or polythene bag. Place chicken portions into the coating ensuring the chicken portions are completely coated. Place coated chicken into a frying basket and deep fry for 12-15 minutes or until cooked or oven bake at 190oC/Gas Mark 5 turning over until cooked. FOR BEST RESULTS ADD NO SALT
